Jeb Bush wants to convice the 'suckers who are born every minute' that he is a Republican "moderate." Ja! Ja! Ja! (Spanish version) ~ Ha! Ha! Ha! (English version)

Jeb Bush speaks good Spanish! That is a plus for him in a state that has a lot of bilingual people.

But apparently, he has forgotten the old Spanish refrain that goes something like this:

"Dime con quien andas, y te diré quien eres"

Translated, sort of literally, it means in English: "Tell me who you run around with, and I will tell you who you are."

Now that he is running for POTUS in 2016, is Jeb Bush going to show the prospective Florida voters the photo below?

New Florida Supreme Court Justice Raoul Cantero III, second from right, stands with wife, Ana Maria, son, Michael, and daughter Elisa, next to Gov. Jeb Bush on Wednesday. Cantero is the first Hispanic appointed to the high court. (July 11, 2002)

Cantero is Florida's 80th justice. A native of Madrid, Spain, he is the son of Cuban exiles who fled the communist regime [in Cuba] and later settled in Florida in the 1960s. He is a grandson of former Cuban leader Fulgencio Batista.

FL Supreme Court justice, grandson of former Cuban dictator Batista, to step down (Jeb-appointed)

Poor kid! He even looks like his abuelo, Cuban Dictator Fulgencio Batista.

Jeb will probably get a lot of votes from the Batistianos and the Miami fascists.

Podemos becomes the second largest political party in Spain

Friday, February 6th 2015 - 23:36 UTC

Anti-austerity Podemos party becomes Spain's second party and political option.

Spain’s anti-austerity left-wingers Podemos would come in second, ahead of the Socialist party (PSOE), if general elections were held today, a polling firm declared this week, as the party, barely one year old, continues its surge in popularity.

Although the governing conservative Popular Party (PP), led by Prime Minister Mariano Rajoy, came in first place in the Centro de Investigaciones Sociológicas (CIS) poll, its popularity has plunged of late after a series of corruption scandals involving politicians in their own ranks have come to light.

The government’s tough welfare cuts have also benefited Podemos, whose left-wing policies and pre-election popularity have drawn parallels with Greece’s newly-elected Syriza party.

Highlighting the nation’s ongoing shifts in the political landscape, the CIS poll showed that no clear majority would emerge from the vote, likely forcing the main parties to try to form a coalition. And with general elections due by the year’s end, experts are watching the polls closely.

According to the survey, the PP would take 27.3% of the vote, with Podemos on 23.9% and the Socialists on 22.2%.

With newcomer Podemos now grabbing the biggest share of the leftist vote, the PSOE may be forced to decide between backing a grand coalition with its centre-right PP opponents or a left-wing government lead by Podemos.

Like Syriza in Greece, Podemos is hoping to win power by overtaking the two leading parties and emerging as the dominant party.

Jeb Bush caught in conflict over Cuba embargo

Rachel Maddow reports on how Jeb Bush, fresh off the starting line of a presidential bid, suffered embarrassment after grandstanding in support of the embargo of Cuba when it was revealed that he was being paid by a bank that violated that embargo.

U.S. Senate Cuban-American Mafia from New Jersey, shithead-in-chief, wants to keep Cuba in terrorist list. SO, WHAT ELSE IS NEWS?

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - A senior U.S. lawmaker, Robert Menendez, (D-NJ) is pressing his case against any Obama administration plan to remove Cuba from the U.S. list of state sponsors of terrorism.

JG: Menedez is also a very strong believer in Mickey Mouse, The Tooth Fairy and Santa Claus! Maybe he should spend more quality time with his favorite hooker in the Dominican Republic? Or is he now patronizing the "girls" in eHarmony.com?
Here is some very important news from Yahoo: "Confirmed: Space Rock Created Swedish Lake"

And I always thought that the lake in question was dug up by Big Foot in one of his week-end outings.

And here is another super-important news from Time MagazineShould I Drink Almond Milk? They are running out of real news, apparently.

Reuters: Cuba says fast track to restoring ties 'depends on U.S.'

26 Feb 2015

(Reuters) - Cuba would agree to restore diplomatic relations with the United States in time for the April Summit of the Americas if Washington quickly and convincingly removes the Caribbean country from a list of state sponsors of terrorism, a senior Cuban official said on Wednesday.

A senior Cuban official put the onus on Washington to first strike Cuba from the terrorism list.

"It depends on what the United States does. It does not depend on Cuba," Gustavo Machin, deputy director of U.S. affairs for the Cuban foreign ministry, told reporters on Wednesday. "It depends on whether we are really taken off the list of terrorist countries."

JG: At the risk of sounding again like a broken record, I will say it one more time: BARACK OBAMA AND JOHN KERRY AND HIS GANG ARE NOT WORTHY OF TRUST. They are professional liars.

How those greedy capitalist gasoline retailers are gouging the public in Central Florida

Everyone knew that those low gasoline prices were not going to last very long.

At my neighborhood, where there is competition between Sunoco, Chevron, Racetrac, Citgo and a mom and pop operator which calls itself Seven Days, the price went down all the way to $1.94 per gallon.

Then, one morning all five of them raised the price to $2.09, then in a couple of days they raised it again to $2.29, and yesterday they raised it to $2.39. All of them did it at the same time.

If that does not constitute a conspiracy to gouge the consuming public, I do not know what is.

They did it while there is a glut of gasoline in the market.

Capitalism = People SCREWING people!

I am highly skeptical that U.S.-Cuba talks will succeed

Why?

Because of the continuing arrogance of the Barack Obama administration. He makes enemies every place he goes.

Is Cuba ready to sell its national sovereignty? I certainlly hope that is not the case.

The Yomiuri Shinbum

NAHA — Frederich Cepeda has taken little time to show he was ready to fight for a place in the Yomiuri Giants’ crowded outfield.

Four days after joining up with the Central League champions in spring training, the muscular Cuban has his first home run of the preseason, a three-run shot in a practice game Tuesday against the SK Wyverns of the South Korean league.

Batting left-handed, the switch-hitting Cepeda belted a low fastball in the fifth inning over the left centerfield fence, part of an offensive outburst in a 13-7 victory.

“I’m glad I was able to do something good,” Cepeda said.

The 34-year-old Cepeda joined the Giants in midseason last year under high expectations, having batted .449 with six home runs and 23 RBIs for Cuba in the past three World Baseball Classics.

But he never really made the adjustment to the Japanese game after making his debut in May, and batted .194 with six home runs in 52 games.

There are signs that this season will be different. After returning home, he played well in the Cuban league, then won the MVP award in helping his Cuba team win the Caribbean Series in Puerto Rico.

US Supreme Court hands Cuba a victory over its cigars

The US Supreme Court declined to intervene in a long-running battle between a US and Cuban company over the Chiba cigar trademark. By refusing to hear an appeal, the country's highest court leaves intact a ruling in favor of the Cuban firm.

Due to a US trade embargo with Cuba, Cubatabaco cannot sell its Cohiba cigars in the United States while they are sold worldwide and in Cuba. US company General Cigar sells its Dominican Republic-produced Cohiba cigars in the US. The legal dispute is over whether the Cuban company has to the right to challenge General Cigar’s trademark in the US, despite the embargo, as reported by Agence France Presse.

General Cigar obtained a US registration for Cohiba in 1981 and a second registration in 1995. Cubatabaco had the trademark registered in Cuba in 1972. In the late 70s, it began registering the logo outside Cuba – in 115 countries – but was prohibited from selling merchandise in the US by the Cuban Assets Control Regulation (CACR).

Cuba awards its highest medals to five Cuban Heroes who infiltrated terrorist organizations in Miami

The retards in the capitalist press in the USA and England continues calling them spies.

THE CUBAN PEOPLE CALLS THEM HEROES!

(Reuters) - Cuba President Raul Castro on Tuesday pinned medals on five Cuban Heroes [which the capitalist retarded press calls spies], declaring them national heroes for infiltrating right-wing exile groups that plotted against Havana and for then enduring long prison terms in the United States.

All five received a standing ovation from Cuba's top political leaders, military officers and hundreds of dignitaries gathered in parliament.

Besides being named Heroes of the Republic, the Cuban government's highest honor, they also received the Order of Playa Giron, the Cuban name for the Bay of Pigs [mercenary] invasion, in which Cuba defeated a U.S.-organized exile force in 1961. The fiasco was financed and directed by the scummy U.S. CIA.

The New York Times doesn't know SHIT about Cuban society

They write "cute"(?) articles about one person, and will try to convince you that they are "experts" on Cuba. They will not give you anything that is very objective. No wonder that Google will try to steer you toward this very subjective article.

Here is the latest example:

As Cuba Shifts Toward Capitalism, Inequality Grows More Visible

JG: at least they are admitting that our failed U.S. capitalism is a big breeder of inequality. Anyone who lives in the USA already knows that.

Hey, Raul Castro, are you selling Cuba out to the Yankees, a la Mikhail Gorbachev?

Unemployment: A Report Card for Capitalism

Marx suggests in his articles for the Neue Rheinische Zeitung collected as Class Struggles in France, 1848-1850 that the first order of business for the working class is to secure jobs, “but behind the right to work stands the power over capital; behind the power over capital, the appropriation of the means of production, their subjection to the associated working class and, therefore, the abolition of wage labour, of capital and of their mutual relations." It is through the struggle for a place in the capitalist system-- however lowly-- that the means for survival are won and the conditions are met for further challenges to the dominance of capital and even the very system of capitalism. But in a system of private appropriation and with labor as a commodity, life for those without capital begins with securing employment.

Because labor is a commodity, because labor must be a commodity in order for an economic formation to be capitalist, the right to a job cannot be enshrined in a capitalist constitution. Only socialist countries have or can endow everyone with the right to a job.

JG: Capitalist constitutions only protect the ruling capitalist elites. In the USA you will not find in their capitalist constitution a right to have a roof over your head. Only the fools of the capitalist Democratic and Republican parties believe in the USA "constitution."

Has anyone noticed what happens when you use news 'aggregators'?

I am talking about such news aggregators as Google News and Yahoo News. There also may be others outfits.

Both Google and Yahoo rarely, if ever, give you objective news.

1) First, they will try to steer you to "news" that have links to their favorite advertisers. Every time you click on one of those links, Google and Yahoo make a very fast buck, without really having to do any significant labor. I call this method the "lazy man's" way to fast buck money. Capitalists do not like to work very hard. Only the working class works very hard, and they are the only ones who create wealth. Capitalists are huge parasites.

2) If Google or Yahoo can not do what I just described in #1, they will try to steer you to "news" that are highly subjective, and they will try to editorialize and spin the "news" for you.  When you are done reading, either Google or Yahoo have just brainwashed you. Politicians also always LOVE the method I just described in #2.

3) Churches also love #2. They will try to convince you that only them know what "God" wants you to do. They are also huge parasites, since they do not pay taxes. Have you ever seen a priest or a minister pumping his own gas?

4) When you, or anyone else that is intelligent and educated, wants to read objective news, all you need is 'what,' 'when,' and 'where.' You do not need to read five to six pages of spinned news. It can be done in about three paragraphs, if Google or Yahoo were not trying to 'manipulate' the news.

5) Last but not least. If you go to a website that is called ASK, all that you are going to get is 100% SHIT.

6) I am done now. I feel better already.

Reuters: Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras declares victory as Greece dodges financial collapse

ATHENS Sat Feb 21, 2015 10:57am EST

(Reuters) - Greek Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras declared victory on Saturday after agreeing [to] a last-minute conditional financial rescue deal with Europe, despite making big concessions to avert financial collapse within days.

With his left-wing leadership pilloried by German conservatives, Tsipras insisted defiantly that Friday night's agreement canceled austerity commitments and dispensed with the "troika" - European and IMF inspectors loathed by many Greeks.

JG: Shame on the KKE (Communist Party of Greece) for siding with the Golden Dawn Neo-Nazis. They both have become totally irrelevant inside Greece. Both parties belong in the worthless hep of history.

Update:

Greece readies reform plans to first sign of leftist unrest

JG: The criticism directed by Manolis Glesos toward Alexis Tsipras is very well deserved.

How many more wars for Obama?

By Ron Paul

(link to original article) @ The Ron Paul Institute for Peace and Prosperity

Last week President Obama sent Congress legislation to authorize him to use force against ISIS “and associated persons and forces” anywhere in the world for the next three years. This is a blank check for the president to start as many new wars as he wishes, and it appears Congress will go along with this dangerous and costly scheme.

Already the military budget for next year is equal to all but the very peak spending levels during the Vietnam war and the Reagan military build-up, according to the Project on Defense Alternatives. Does anyone want to guess how much will be added to military spending as a result of this new war authorization?

The US has already spent nearly two billion dollars fighting ISIS since this summer, and there hasn’t been much to show for it. A new worldwide war on ISIS will likely just serve as a recruiting tool for jihadists. We learned last week that our bombing has led to 20,000 new foreign fighters signing up to join ISIS. How many more will decide to join each time a new US bomb falls on a village or a wedding party?

The media makes a big deal about the so-called limitations on the president’s ability to use combat troops in this legislation, but in reality there is nothing that would add specific limits. The prohibition on troops for “enduring” or “offensive” ground combat operations is vague enough to be meaningless. Who gets to determine what “enduring” means? And how difficult is it to claim that any ground operation is “defensive” by saying it is meant to “defend” the US? Even the three year limit is just propaganda: who believes a renewal would not be all but automatic if the president comes back to Congress with the US embroiled in numerous new wars?

If this new request is not bad enough, the president has announced that he would be sending 600 troops into Ukraine next month, supposedly to help train that country’s military. Just as the Europeans seem to have been able to negotiate a ceasefire between the opposing sides in that civil war, President Obama plans to pour gasoline on the fire by sending in the US military. The ceasefire agreement signed last week includes a demand that all foreign military forces leave Ukraine. I think that is a good idea and will go a long way to reduce the tensions. But why does Obama think that restriction does not apply to us?

Last week also saw the Senate confirm Ashton Carter as the new Secretary of Defense by an overwhelming majority. Carter comes to the Pentagon straight from the military industrial complex, and he has already announced his support for sending lethal weapons to Ukraine. Sen. John McCain’s strong praise for Carter is not a good sign that the new secretary will advise caution before undertaking new US interventions.

As we continue to teeter on the verge of economic catastrophe, Washington’s interventionists in both parties show no signs of slowing. The additional tens of billions or more that these new wars will cost will not only further undermine our economy, but will actually make us less safe. Can anyone point to a single success that the interventionists have had over the last 25 years?

As I have said, this militarism will end one way or the other. Either enough Americans will wake up and demand an end to Washington’s foreign adventurism, or we will go broke and be unable to spend another fiat dollar on maintaining the global US empire.

JG: Ron Paul is an American who would have been a great President of the United States. In 2012, I was privileged to change my voter registration from no-political-affiliation to Republican, just so I could vote for this great American in the Florida Presidential Preference Primary. After that primary, I changed my voter registration back to no-political-affiliation. In November of 2012, I abandoned El Negrito and voted for the Green Party candidate for POTUS, the first time that I failed to vote for the candidates of the two corrupt capitalist parties.

Nancy Pelosi leads House delegation to Cuba [Who cares? SHE IS A LOSER!]

Barack Obama plans to sow more death and destruction around the world

USA capitalists are desperate to get their hands on a pile of cash.

The [sensationalist] national news at 6:30 p.m. last night was troubling.

The USA is going to start selling it's lethal drones to any one that has the cash to pay for them.

Bad times are coming. What a huge fraud BHO turned out to be.
